About the Program

Love the high-flying acrobatics of gymnastics but not a fan of apparatus? Tumbling, also known as power tumbling, is an acrobatic sport combining speed, rhythm and height conducted on a 25-meter-long sprung track.

Tumbling combines the exciting aspects of an artistic gymnastics floor routine with the dynamics of trampoline skills. Tumbling is an exciting program with spectacular skills and dynamic movements.

Power

Learn to channelling power and momentum into flips and whips

Strength

Have fun, build coordination, and develop strength at the same time

Soar

Fly through the air while twisting, flipping and rebounding into the sky

Glide

Fly down the track, soar through the air and then glide to a landing
